Welcome to the Wind Works Project, where you can make a real difference to our energy future. The world is facing an energy crisis. We must stop burning fossil fuels or we will render our only home uninhabitable. The Wind Works Project aims to reduce carbon emissions and halt climate change by creating a publicly funded energy charity to build wind turbines and other renewable energy sources.

What Can You Do?

Change is effected one choice at a time. While you may not have the resources to switch your home to wind or solar power, you can still choose to make a difference. Through the Wind Works Project, your contribution will make a measurable change in our impact on the Earth.

Your donation towards a wind turbine will buy measurable change in how we power our planet.

A wind turbine that generates 2 megawatts of electricity (enough to power about 1,000 homes) costs about £2,200,000. Every turbine in service reduces the need for fossil fuels.  We invite you to make a difference. Whether it’s £5 or £5,000, your contribution is a vote for change.
